Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you have been have been diagnosed with breast cancer. While I haven’t an answer for you about holistic care I’ve noticed you haven’t had any answers yet so I thought I reply and welcome you to the forum. Hopefully someone will be along shortly with an answer for you.

What is a holistic care booklet? I don't remember receiving one. I did have a Holistic Needs Review carried out by the BCN which the letter said would cover everything including finances - but it didn't, it was just a chat about how are you feeling and how are you healing etc.
