I am sorry you find yourself here and it sounds you feel the same with your post. Joking apart, you will get use to this site, the layout is a little crazy, but, you will slowly get the hang of it ..... I think the worst one is when you type and 'press return' and it posts instead of 'turning up a line' is one of the silliest. If you look you can tick or untick the box to allow the 'return' button to just be a return button.
We are all here, really humans that have trod certain paths, all different, but, all able to help and support each other.
So come back and chat - if you have trouble sleeping look for the 'AWAKE' thread - many pop on a all different times of the night and day.
