Hello all, hope you are all doing ok.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June. No surgery for me yet I went straight into chemo. I’m about to have my fourth chemo on Tuesday then I start a new more intensive three weeks after that.
Came on here to talk to chat with other people who understand what’s happening and what thoughts are going through my head.
I have read some of you chats and all mention how quick it all happens from diagnosis, it does and it doesn’t give us time to process but it is good that they work quickly.
just checking in to say hi for now. Don’t really use chat sites generally.
Hello Maxine28
I only joined yesterday and I was diagnosed in January. As you say its really only us who understand what’s going on. I am having chemo and its due to finish at the beginning of October. After that radiotherapy. I have had surgery. I hope you stay positive and I wish you all the best. J xxx
Hi Maxine28
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer last year and after having chemo, surgery and radiotherapy I am now in remission.
Wishing you the best of luck with the rest of your treatment.
Best wishes
