Breast cancer

Hi I was diagnosed with high grade dcis in September 2016. In December 2016 I had a lumpectmy with extra margins taken as the top of my right breast was lit up like a Christmas tree but my constant s sure only the one area was cancer. But the radiologists were all sure that it was all cancer but the biopsys kept coming back as in conclusive on them areas. And so I was assured by my surgeon thaI didn't need a mastectomy although that was what I said from the start I was having as I lost my mother to breast cancer when I was 20 years old and she was only 49 years old. So in early January 27 I go back and am then told that I need a further operation to get clear margins so go back in for another operation then back towards the middle of January for results and then told that he needs  go back in again for further surgery to get clear margins. After the operation he comes to see me and says that he has now removed the entire top breast tissue and reconstructed the shape of the brst and if he didn't have clear margins now I would need a mastectomy. So I go back in the middle of February and thank god he told me he had got clear margins. So on the 13th of march 2017 I startedy 3 weeks of radiotherapy with ended on the 31st march. So I am now clear for four years .
