I'm on Letrozole but I haven't had Femara brand.  Femara is the original brand name for Letrozole so is very expensive, ie approx £90+/month's supply, while other brands are approx £10.00 / month or less

There are lots of different brands available but it depends which brands the pharmacies get in.  The larger chains might be in a position to get better deals on a particular brand so it would be worth shopping around to see what each have in stock each month.,

If you've one particular brand that you prefer, then you could ask your GP if they would prescribe that particular brand for you, in which case your pharmacy will be obliged to get it for you

 Thank u I usually get Teva brand they r gd but can't get anywhere so my pharmacy  recommend. Fetema so hopefully  these work good xx
