Welcome and sorry to hear that you waiting on results to find out if you have breast cancer. No need to apologise for the rant I know I how you feel. Most lumps are benign but if it is breast cancer it's treatable. You'll receive lot's of support on this forum.

What I find helps is doing the things I love to do particularly walking, there's nothing like a good walk to clear the head.

The specialist has said its definitely cancer, it's just waiting to find out what type and what the next step is.

I was exactly the same when waiting for results, I think most people are. It's the worst part mentally I think!
