  • Hi Sarahjam

While I don't want to worry you the fact that they've given you so quick an appointment probably means that it's not the news you want to hear.  When I was given my diagnoses my surgeon brought my appointment for my results back because it was bad news and which he apologised about 3 times for as if it was his fault I had breast cancer. Try to keep yourself busy as much as you can for the rest of the day.

Best of luck for tomorrow and please let us know how you get on.

    Best wishes

Thanks finger crossed hope everything is fine tomorrow.

  • Hi

Did they give you any indication when you had your biopsy ? I was told at the clinic when I had my biopsy that it was definetly cancer and I wouldn't be going back for results but a treatment plan. It does seem a very quick time for the biopsy to be processed, it maybe that they want to have more of a sample? None of which will stop you worrying. Hopefully you will be fine (there are many different non-cancerous reasons for breast lumps) but if it is breast cancer please be reassured that there are many different treatment options - you only have to look at the number of women on here, of all ages and diagnosis, who are healthy and thriving (I am almost 5 years since my diagnosis)

    Good luck for tomorrow
