Hi found out i have breast cancer this morning. Will know more on wed about type of cancer i have etc. Just wondering how people best deal with the anxiety and in ability to sleep!!

Thank you All done now. Wasn’t expecting another canuler today. Phew. Didn’t even have time to get stressed over it. Had reasonable amount of fluid in bladder. When told I would feel warm I thought it meant all over not just my private area. Soooooo warm.
