I was recently diagnosed with invasive ductal breast cancer and had a full mastectomy thinking that this will ‘cure’ everything but then told that it had spread to the lymph node they removed. Cancer is hormone positive but Her2 negative so sample sent for genomic testing and the waiting for results is awful before I find out what treatment I will be having. Scary stuff.
