I was diagnosed with advanced BC just over14 months ago, have been taking letrozole and ibrance for this time. After a scan in February which showed very slight increase on the liver my Doctor has suggested changing to Tamoxifen. Any advice regarding this drug appreciated

I can't share any experience of tamoxifen with you but I noticed that your post hadn't had any responses yet. This is probably because this is such an active group your post has slipped off the first page before the person with the right experience has seen it. Replying to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussions list where it has more chance of being seen.
While you're waiting for replies, if you type 'tamoxifen' into the group search bar you'll find lots of previous posts on this topic. You could have a read through some of the more recent ones and reply to the posters if you think they can help you further.
