Has anyone gone through chemotherapy in this group please
Hi welcome to the site .We know you'd rather not be here but it really is the best place to get support and answers as well as somewhere you can shout ,vent, rage, cry, and laugh yes laugh ! Better to be on here rather than Google he gets it wrong and likes horror stories .
If you click on my name you will be able to read my story if you wish but yes I've had chemo .if you look under the category diagnosis and treatment you will see a thread with the title Dec chemo. You will find lots of hints and tips placed there by the group well worth a read .
I Started in Aug 2019 and finished Dec 2019 my chemo was EC x 6 . Then still on herceptin jabs til end of this month . So if you have any specific questions feel free to ask .
Please have a browse around all the threads you will be able to find lots of info and support .
I would imagine you are feeling as if you're on rollercoaster at the minute believe me when I say waiting for treatment to start is one of the worst times for most people it gets so much better when your treatment starts
The site is not just about treatments etc there are some threads about walking ,sewing ,etc also the Awake site is a great source for info and chat . Even through the night at times if somebody awake and checks in .
Feel free to post on any of the threads you will be welcomed by the community remember we've all been there
keep posting
