I’ve had 5 months of chemo and have only 3 round to go before my operations to do lumpectomy and lymph node clearance. Last week I had terrible cramping in leg and pain. Was put for scan and showed blood clot. Was immediately started on Apixaban blood thinner. I am now terrified this could hold up my treatment and operation but nurses say this can be a normal thing for cancer patients. Has anyone else had this and can maybe give me some advice. Very worried and scared
