I have severe arthritis In my fingers and wrists worried letrozole will increase pain, does anyone have any ideas for vitamins etc that may help.
Hi, sorry to hear you're worried about the impact of letrozole on your arthritis, I can understand that as for some people, letrozole does indeed worsen joint pain. I'm not aware of any specific vitamins and I think we do have to be careful about any supplements in case there are other interactions.
