Yes, M&S and other stores such as asda and primark do them. They are like a crop top and hold your boobs close to your chest wall to keep them from moving about whilst healing. I got a few of the older style M&S ones at a good price from  e-bay x

I wore a Nike high impact zip front bra I already had for running and it was perfect! Because they are designed to stop everything moving about too much they feel snug and provide compression which helps with swelling and the padding felt comforting and protective too. x 

I just used my normal sports bras, not front fastening.
