Hi people! I've just completed my first round of EC chemo. 2 more to go and then Doxy for 3, then radio, #breastcancer. I feel okay atm - 4 hrs after infusion, but i feel a bit dizzy and my ears are ringing - is that normal after chemo? Thanks fur and advice you can give.
I would say it's normal, my eyes went fuzzy and I couldn't read or look at my mobile phone for a few days. If you're even a little worried call your team is my advice, I got some really bad indigestion and had to call them for help. My cheeks went really red the day after and I called them hahaha.
Good luck
Drink water, lots of it. Aim to get rid of the pink pee as soon as you can without going mad.I
I had moments when the blood didn't keep up with my head. It's just a matter of taking it easy.
You'll be fine.
Three times! What did I do?
Hey Suz88
Well done on getting that first one under your belt!
I'd say this sounds as expected to me from my experience, but as a previous poster said, if you're worried, it won't hurt to give the helpline a call for peace of mind. I called them one morning because I was so fatigued, I'd spent the whole previous day and two nights in bed and they were absolutely lovely and reassured me that it was totally normal given the circumstances.
All the best. x
