Hi everyone,
Nobody chooses to be on this forum, but it's what life has given us.
Does anyone suffer from anxiety when they have their annual results from a mammogram?
I thought i was doing ok. However today I am experiencing high levels of anxiety with my appointment tomorrow.
I never had any signs of breast cancer and it was only detected through screening.
I hope my body hasn't let me down and I will have positive news tomorrow.
I have severe anxiety at every appointment .. am coming up to 12 months and am scheduled for a breast MRI in Sept am already getting worked up .. I honestly don’t know what the solution is as we have to check yet don’t want to either … scaziwty is a real thing for many if not most xx
Hi Becky, well done for getting through the last 12 months. I have learnt to take each day at a time, however the anxiety I feel before results day is overwhelming. I know whatever the outcome I can do it, I just need to tell my head lol xx
