Hi, I’m 77 and been taking Letrozole for 3 years, my only treatment ( my choice) for stage 3 breast cancer. I’m doing brilliantly ( 3 monthly checks and tumours now hard to find when scanned ) but at night I get serious leg pain. I walk at least 5 miles a day, no alcohol, plenty of liquid and blood pressure fine. I have started taking magnesium glycinate and it already seems to make a difference. Pain seems to be to worse if I do “too much” ie gardening and carry pots of soil, decorating etc. Anyone else experiencing leg pain and any ideas of what else I could try ( apart from slowing down).
