Breast Pain in Non-Cancerous Breast

Hi everyone,

I’m Sophie, 34, and I was diagnosed with invasive ductal grade 3 triple-positive breast cancer on New Year’s Eve. I’m currently about to start my third round of chemotherapy (out of six total).

I’ve recently been experiencing some pain and tenderness in my non-cancerous breast, and I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? I’m also on Zoladex, so I’m not sure if that could be contributing to it.

I do have an ultrasound coming up where I’ll get it checked, but in the meantime, I just wanted to reach out and see if others have noticed anything similar.

Thank you,
Sophie

  • yes me, i have had same, weird pains in other breast, and still occasionally get it, am on mammograms and ultrasounds every year, had one 6 months after chemo and radio due to swelling and this.

i wasnt on zolodex, but they say the right boob remains ok, and tbh had weird pains up to 2 years out from chemo.

    so try not to panic
