Hi, I’m new here
I was diagnosed with a primary recurrence and ended up having a lumpectomy and full lymph node clearance last year. It’s been a lot.
One thing I massively struggled with, (more than i expected actually) was bras. I tried so many post-surgery ones and they were either really uncomfortable, too tight/ dug in everywhere /rubbed right on my scars (why?!)/ or they were those super soft but basically no-support bralette type things.
Anyway, I randomly found this brand called H.E.R Bodywear on Instagram and I just wanted to share because I was genuinely blown away. It was the first time since surgery that I actually felt normal and like myslef again. I just love them
They’re unbelievably soft but still supportive- not tight supportive, just secure and comfy. And the colours are gorgeous too which weirdly made a difference to how I felt.
ALso -and I think this is important! They’re made by someone who’s been through breast cancer herself which I think is why they just get it.
I'm not affiliated or anything, just a happy customer who knows how rubbish the bra hunt can be after surgery. If anyone’s struggling like I was, it’s worth having a look.
Sending love to you all ️
