Zoladex & letrozole side effects

I've been on Letrazole since around last May/June.  My hair has come out a bit more than usual when it is washed/brushed, but seems to have settled down recently. It does feel slightly thinner around the front-but not obviously so.  My knees are a bit stiff and a tad achey too, but nothing horrendous.  And intimate dryness is an issue, but Im using the YES moisturiser. 

I have been taking letrozole tablets since being diagnosed with breast  cancer around 4 years ago  with no major probs . It probably took a few weeks for joint stiffness to settle. If I can offer any advice it would be that the brand of drug can make a difference due to the fillers . For me Accord works best others have found brands to suit them . Hope all goes well for you
