Hi,
I've just remembered that I should have had my Zoladex injection yesterday, it was my youngest son’s birthday and it went completely out of my head. How bad is this for me??? I’m completely freaking out, anyone else missed one. I’ve got to wait until after the weekend now and I guessing the surgery won’t care and won’t fit me in
Hi, I have honestly no idea but my experience of cancer treatment is that missing something isn't as big a deal as we might think. Why not give the lovely team on the Macmillan chat line a call in the morning on 0800 808 0000, open from 8am, and see what they think. Try not to worry. Best wishes
I’ve always been told you have to be on it promptly. If I’ve not been able to get into my GP the chemo ward always fit me in straight away so I’d give them a call.
I missed one once and they fit me in the following week and reassured me it wasn't a problem. DOnt panic yourself about it. I'm sure they will fit you in next week.
Also - hope your son had a lovely birthday x
