I had a right side mastectomy 2 years ago with immediate reconstruction with implant. My sternum has felt painful to the touch, as if bruised, ever since. Is this normal 2 years on? Has anyone else experienced this?
Hi, I still have some tenderness and discomfort in the area of my surgery, now. 4 years on, but if you're worried I'd suggest an appointment with your GP. Best wishes
