RADIOTHERAPY

I had 15 sessions of Radiotherapy but didn't get any shooting pains.  I did get a cough and a sore throat and asked one of the radio therapist if it was caused by the treatment as it didn't feel like a cold and they confirmed it was more than likely. 

I suggest you ask one of the radio therapists, mine always asked how I was prior to treatment,  or speak to your oncologist for reassurance.

I had 15 sessions of radiotherapy and I also experienced shooting pains however I have also had surgery. The shooting pains were worse though when I was having radiotherapy and probably for around 4 weeks afterwards. Mines could happen at any time! Hopefully it's the radiotherapy doing it's job.
