I’m 71 and been taking abemaciclib for just over 20 months, letrozole for just over 2 years. Maybe it’s because I’m older than I’ve ever been before or have greater tendency to feel tired, due to the abemaciclib mainly I think, but I do feel cold so much more readily then I used to! Getting active helps, but I need to stay still some of the time. Last winter in UK wasn’t particularly cold, and even just now isn’t as cold as we can get, but goodness I feel it more than I used to not so long ago.
