Side effects of zometo

Hi 

• I was diagnosed in Jan 2023, had two lumpectomy and axillary lymph nodes removed, six months chemotherapy and 10 rounds of radiotherapy. Since two years I have been on tamoxfine. 
• My oncologist wants to put me on letrozole and have zometo. 

I have issues with my gums and my dentist also scared me about zometo as it has serious side effects on gums. 

Not sure if I should have zometo because of gum problems. 

Has anyone had gum problem and had zometo, what was your experience on side effects, did it cause any further issues with teeth or osperiosis of the teeth.
