Hi everyone, I finished my chemo 4 weeks ago and my scalp is like throbbing and really itchy and still loosing loads of hair can anyone advise me on anything to help or a rough time line in when this may slow down?? Thank you

Hi. I was exactly in the same boat. I seemed to think as soon as I stopped the chemo it would stop falling out but no. I finished Aug 4th and can say being a bit further on from you it will stop falling out soon, can’t remember exactly when it did but it does xx

I really cant wait for it to calm or stop, seems to just never ending at all.i dernt wash it or whatever coz i know what's going to happen,

Oh Kirsty I was EXACTLY the same. I couldn’t wait for it to stop shedding and it did. I was only washing my hair once a week giving it time to recover and now it is growing and no shedding. I reckon a few more weeks and you should be ok xx
