For those who are on alendronic tablets, what adcal dose are you taking ?

400iu or 800 per day.

i was prescribed 400 per day with osteoperosis and letrozole.  I called the Ros for advice as my d is lower end of the range and they advised 800 per day.

got a call with gp tomorrow.

    I was on letrozole but didn't cope well with the side effects. Now on Exemestane but still on the same dose of Ad-cal D3 tablets 

    750mg/200 units is on the pack, 2 tablets twice a day. 

    I also have Zometa / Zolendronic acid infusions every 6 months for 3 years.
