Welcome to the forum, I'm Daisy53 One of the Community Champions on this forum. I'm sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with breast cancer and needed a double mastectomy. What you are feeling is perfectly natural. If you feel up to talking about how you are feeling why not give the helpline a ring on 0808 808 0000 to talk to one of the volunteers. They can arrange 6 weeks of free counselling through BUPA for you if you'd like. Alternatively if you have a Maggie's Centre or another cancer centre near you you can call them or call in to talk to someone and they will also arrange counselling for you if you'd like.
