Hello, I’ve gone through treatment now for breast cancer and am about to go back to work. I am seeking advice about future cover for critical illness and travel insurance please.
I had a payout for critical illness cover which helped me with my bills when I was out of work. That account closed when they paid out. I’m mindful that the cancer could return so I want to ensure I have cover again should that happen. Can anyone recommend a good insurance company that won’t cost me the earth and can be trusted to pay out if I need them to?
I am also keen to hear recommendations for travel companies for travel insurance as well please. Thank you!
Would it not be worth staying with the same provider for critical illness cover?
with regards to travel insurance I would presume you will be fine with any provider as you HAD bc not currently have it. A friend of mine said she got a quote with a normal provider and it just asked if you were on any medications and it was only like a few quid more than normal.
