I have been told I have a triple negative lump in my right breast. This is after oestrogen dependent cancers in first my right then my left breast. Yep this is my third bite of the cherry. As a nurse said. " some people are just greedy".
Grade 3 Stage 1. Everyone was pretty clear about this.
THEN I went for a CT scan and an MRI. Standard procedure. I was called and told that the CT was fine except a lump had been spotted in my left breast. Could I go for another ultrasound and possible biopsy. So I did. Long story short I had another biopsy. " They" don't know what it is so I have to wait for the results. Yep the waiting has to be the hardest thing on this journey.
I could now be stage 4. But I can't find anything that matches me and where I'm at. Has anyone else been through this? It seems to be a bit of an usual situation. The normal is a lump with lymph node involvement in the same side. Except I don't have any lymph nodes on the same side as my lump. My first round of BC was 17 years ago and full node clearance was standard practice. I've had partial clearance on the left side.
Is there anyone out there the same as me?
