Good afternoon,
I'm heading off to visit my son in Australia in 5 weeks time !!
I'm so excited especially as my plans had to be delayed for 18 month due to BC treatment.
I'm now worried about how I'm going to take my Letrozole at the right time as I pass through the different time zones.
Has anyone got any hints ?

Hi deebee60 , I had this issue 6 years ago, I was on Anastrozole and went on holiday to Singapore then Bali. I was worried re taking it at the right time. My solution was to plan ahead. I take my Anastrozole when I wake up, generally around 7am ish, but I don’t worry if I sleep late (rare).
So for Singapore - 7 hours ahead of us - I took the first dose around 2pm Singapore time on the first day, then took it a bit earlier each day to bring it nearer to my ‘usual’ time. Then adjusted again for Bali. I set alarms on my phone to remind me. It worked ok though a bit of a nuisance - and may not even be necessary. But it gave me peace of mind. I do the same when we visit my son in Canada every other year or so.
Someone may come on to say they were an advised that it doesn’t matter - I didn’t ask, just did it in a way that worked for me.
Have a great trip! Love and hugs, HFxx
