Newbie here
Following chemo and right sided Masectomy, 15 RT's I have been recommended to start Kadcyla
I'm HER2 positive
I had a terrible side effect to Chemo & finished it one session early as the surgeon said it was making no difference other than making me feel terrible, causing very low platelets and liver problems and delaying surgery. Since Surgery I am about the finish my 15 treatments of RT
Kadcyla has been recommended 14 sessions x 3 weekly
Reading up on the side effects, I cant decide whether to go ahead with it, my gut feeling is telling me no
Has anyone had any experience of it?
