Hi,
I finished Chemotherapy in May, I was on Phesgo but was advised to change to Kadcyla as it’s more effective. I start Radiotherapy in September. I’m having Zoledronic Acid every 6 months. My hair is slowly growing back also on my chin, neck and upper lip. I want to know is it ok to have some waxing done?
TIA
Hi Sussex,
I can imagine that it’s okay for waxing as I had booked an appointment for chin etc at our breast cancer therapy centre where we are lucky enough to get 8 free treatments. I had Chemo and radiotherapy but unfortunately the side effect has left me with a fuzzy face!
This was booked a couple of months after radiotherapy. Hope this helps.
Wishing you luck with recovery x
