I recently finished almost a year of breast cancer treatment - surgery, multiple rounds of chemo and some radiotherapy. I started tamoxifen about 2 months ago and haven't had any real problems with it. Beginning to feel a bit more myself again with hair slowly coming back. My oncologist is now discussing adding on additional treatments of Goserelin. I'm a bit unsure of what to do and really worried about the possible side effects. I am 35 so desperately wanting children and to factor this in as soon as we can do this. Looking to see if anyone has any experience of Goserelin and how they managed and also felt when they came off it or paused it to pursue fertility treatments? I've also heard that the benefits are very small on top of tamoxifen so not sure what to do.
