Hi, im looking for advice on how to aid hair regrowth.   I've had chemo and 2 surgeries which resulted in 100% clear margins.    My last chemo was in February so its been nearly 4 months and my hair only seems ro be growing steadily on one side.   There seems to be no growth anywhere else.   I've been using Rose oil regularly but wondered if anyone had any suggestions of what has worked for them?   Tia

  • I bought my daughter Watermans Hair Growth Serum from Amazon. It's a sort of leave-in conditioner. Don't know if it helped but her hair is growing back all over, albeit slowly. It's different - very thick and curly, but she's OK.with that, just pleased to have hair again!

Best of luck, you're getting there. xxx

  • Hi

My chemo finished at the end of December last year. I used weleda hair tonic with rosemary and faith in nature shampoo with rosemary. For the first 3 months the growth was better on the sides and sparse on top. The top has now filled in and it is thick and curly all over. It’s too short to style and there really isn’t much I can do with it. But I am soo glad to have it back .

  • Thank you, I'll have a look into that and good luck to your daughter also xx

  • Thank you.    Ill have a look into that.   I've also been using the rosemary Faith in Nature shampoo and conditioner with the Rosemary oil.    I just hope these alternatives will encourage it to grow all over.    Good kick with your recovery x
