am so sorry to read you are in so much pain.

I have posted a link in other current threads about anastrozole to an online talk about AIs hosted by breast cancer now. There are also a few threads on that forum about hormone therapy that you might find helpful. 

You could also talk to your breast cancer nurse / oncologist as they may recommend switching to a different medication - there are options so don’t despair! Am sure other people on here will have some advice too.

Funnily enough, I have been on Letrazole for about 10 days now, thankfully with no side effects.  However  for the past couple of days my ankles have been sort of burning and a bit stiff. I had put it down to sitting out in the sun quite a bit, but now wonder if that is due to the Letrazole....

I’ve been on zoladex and letrozole for around 6 weeks and can’t believe how painful all my joints are.

I have a thyroid condition that causes pain but this is so much worse than that has ever been

I finish Phesgo injections soon and was hoping that it would be the end of all the suffering but it seems we still have to put up with more
