Pains and walking

Hi Mazzien , welcome to the club that none of us wanted to join, sorry you’re finding getting out and about hard. I can only suggest that your body has had quite a battering this past year, and you are still having treatment, maybe it’s just going to be a slow process to get your strength back. Like so much in life, there is no quick fix, I wonder would it help to draw up a plan for yourself where you do a little more each day?  Not necessarily walking further as that might be scary if you’d struggle to get back, but some of the seated exercises that can also be effective at building strength? 
There’s a book called something like ‘Getting your oomph back’ by a cancer survivor. Might be worth a look. 
Also, if there’s a Maggie’s Centre or Macmillan Centre anywhere near you, they may have gentle exercise programmes you could access. Future Dreams in Kings Cross is a wonderful place for support and has a variety of sessions, online as well as in person. My other thought is to see your GP who may be able to prescribe access to some sort of exercise classes/ support locally? Sending love and a big virtual hug, HFxx
