Hi
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in may 2024. I have completed chemotherapy, had operation and finished radiotherapy in March.
I have lost a lot of weight throughout my treatment and now struggle with the strength to walk distances.
I am currently having 4 weekly herceptin injections and on tamoxifen for 7 years.
I have pains in my legs and struggle to walk even to the local shop.
Any advice on how to gain my strength back. I am hating myself at the moment.
