Hi. My feet feel like they're sunburned underneath. Looking for a cream in the UK for relief which is safe to use with levothyroxine, ramipril, steroids etc. Im using a footbath, foot massaging machine and bought some Epsom salts to try.  Slight improvement.  Need overnight relief cream Thanks.

  • I haven't had the treatment so I can't comment on creams bur I can give a couple of tips

    1) I had itchy and sore soles of feet through dermatology issues. Creams applies would wipe off on my sheets etc at night. I discovered socks which were coated in silicon on the inside. Hence the cream stayed and soaked in my feet. I hate socks in bed so I cut holes for my toes...trust me, a game changer.

    2) when my children had chicken pox I was advised to try bicarb of soda in a bath. Wow, it soothed the itching and inflammation.  You could try that in your footpath. Epsom salts have magnesium in and more for muscler pain.

Obviously I am not a medical person so if in doubt contact ur medical team.

    Hope this is helpful

    Hugest hugs..

  • Not sure of name...they were off amazon...I just put in search something like silicon socks or or summat..let me see if I can. Find them......be back in a few mins lol..

  • There we go...moisturising socks...they do toeless ones...so search moisturising socks...

Mine were proper socks, fabric on outside, silicon inside...I say this because they do sort of just silicon socks that look like rubber gloves

    Hope this helps

  • Thank you will have a look .
