Hi all does anyone taking Letrozole also have PCOS?
Due to a thrombophlebitis with my chemo, tamoxifen wasn't an option so I'm eventually going to have zoladex injections (I'm 44 and I'm only just peri/menopausal now due to my treatment) and letrozole with zoladrenic acid infusions.
I've never been officially diagnosed with PCOS but both of my sisters have, and a lifetime of painful periods and years of having to shave my face is diagnosis enough for me!
Now it's not come up during my treatment, but I'm a little worried as I know it's used as a fertility treatment for PCOS and I'm concerned one is going to cancel the other out as it were.
Does anyone have any experience of this and can put my mind at ease?
