Breast reduction

I had both done at the same time. Id say my Right is still bigger and a slightly different shape than my left where the lumpectomy was but it is not noticable with clothes on. For me yes it was worth it but again mine was done at the same time. Im not honestly sure Id go through a seperate operation. Painwise was very little as long as you dont bend or lean forward or try to lift anything heavy, but actully much less pain than I had anticipated.

Hi, I am expecting to be in a similar situation following reexcision (already been mentioned by the medical team). I am erring towards surgery to draw a line in some ways under this stage of the BC journey, and also because I am quite sporty and have found it a pain to manage this even with only a smaller size difference. 

Thank you very much for your advice. I did ask my surgeon today why I wasn't offered it at the same time and she gave me a reason why I couldn't have it. I'm not sure if it's worth it as they will never look the same anyway. 

It's a difficult decision. To be honest mine isn't noticeable with my clothes on but I see it every morning and night

I was wondering how you got the process started as my Lumpectomy was on my left breast which is now bigger than when they started! So I wanted them to do something to make them more equal. Did you approach your surgeon or were they in contact with you?

Mine is smaller after my lumpectomy.
