Tamoxifen and post menopause bleeding/cramping

Hi NikkiB , sorry you’re having this issue, I haven’t had it myself but a friend has. She was on tamoxifen for 5 years and had 2 episodes of heavy bleeding, the latest quite recently. Both were investigated by ultrasound and then I think hysteroscopy (camera looks inside the womb), biopsies taken, all benign. But both times of course very worrying to say the least. Good you’re getting it checked out, let us know how it all goes. Bet you could just do without it though. Love and hugs, HFxx

thank goodness i still had sanitary products and that is just because i keep forgetting to sort them out, lol.  Its the flooding I am more fed up with, so much washing to do now, lol

I’m on letrozole and have had a couple of random days of period pain and bleeding. It’s one of the possible side effects. But generally an early one. Maybe just get it checked. Have you maybe started a new brand or changed anything else?? 

Same brand as usual, but did ask GP if a large dose of amoxicillin would affect it, as recently had dental surgery.  He said no, but makes me wonder if it due to this.
