Hi Sarah67 welcome to the forum . I may be wrong here but Im sure I saw this in another thread that this can be a side effect of the Phesgo, so if I was you I would not take anything unless you have spoken first to your team and ask them for advice.  

I’m not medical but yes you can, I did x and granny59 is right, if you’ve recently had your injection these can be side effects x
