I had my 2nd session of chemo on Wed last week (currently every 2 weeks) it’s now Sunday, I feel worst today than I did on days 1-3, I was like this 2 weeks ago as well on the 1st session. I was given omasaprole to line my stomach as I’ve had a lot of stomach acid. The tablets help but my stomach is still not right and I feel hungry. It then sick once I’ve eaten. Any suggestions ?
Hi, it's horrid isn't it. I was worst on days 4 and 5. Have you taken your anti sickness pills? I had to try a couple of different ones until I found some that worked for me. I also took the, for the first few days even when I didn't feel sick. I also was taking 2 omeprazole (morning and night) for a few days and then back to one a day. Talk to your nurse and see what they can recommend. Best wishes
