Has anyone experienced a low immune system post breast cancer treatment? Does anyone have any advice on what foods have genuinely helped. Any advice on supplements? I am on Letrozol. Thanks in advance.

I was told by my oncologist that my immune levels wouldn't get back to normal until about 6 months after I'd finished chemotherapy. During that time I just followed a healthy, balanced diet and avoided going to crowded places so I minimised the risk of picking up an infection. I didn't take any supplements as I understand that as long as you have a balanced diet they're not needed.
