Zoladronic Acid and Letrozole (or similar)

Saw bone man the other day and I asked him can either of the above give you extreme bone/joint pain and is it dangerous! To which he replied “zoladronic acid can give you acute phase adverse effects like osteoarthritis of the hand, but usually in older people. Regarding aromatase inhibitors (Anastrazole/letrozole/exemestrane) these can cause joint and some muscle pain caused by decrease in oestrogen levels.”  Sadly something we may have to live with but he said “keep active and move frequently!” Hope this helps anyone suffering!
