When do you start taking AIs with Zoladex?

I started a few months later. You need to be fully post-menopausal first and it takes a few weeks for your hormone levels to drop

I had the injection today and was advised to start anastrozole today itself. I have to follow the advise

I started my anastrazole at the same time as I had my first zoladex but my periods had stopped whilst I was having chemo so maybe that was the reason. 

I started my letrozole 2 weeks after the injection as per oncologist advice x 

Same here. Any side effects. I’m really suffering. And literally just started 

Zoladex will bring oestrogen down, so will have menopausal symptoms. I wake up at night almost everyday. 

Oh my God. And do you have any joint pain and bone pain. I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck
