Skin care without estrogen

Following chemo, radiotherapy and now Letrozole for 10 years I feel like I've aged about 10 years! The skin on my face particularly has lost tone, looks dull and more wrinkly - especially around the eyes. Does anyone know/use any particular cream that is ok for someone who needs to avoid estrogen?

Thanks Pray

  • i am just finishing the chemo radio rounds, but I go between hyalauronic  acid face creams, one from boots and vitamin c creams.

feel the last 4 months have taken 5 years Neutral face

  • Thanks, I'll look into those. It is gruelling isn't it. I hope you start to recover from the treatment soon. Xxx

  • yes, think radio also sucks moisture out of everything too

i bought some jojoba oil because it is suppose to closely mimic skin sebum and would rub on arms, head and face through chemo, using less now, but when head feels dry i rub it in.

when the hair comes back i’ll make rosemary water again
