Thanks robbann  had a Quick Look and not sure group things are my thing but can imagine it will help some people. I’ve been having one to one counselling with a MacMillan counsellor, as I too have really been struggling. It definitely helps to talk so hope either helps you and you start feeling better. 

Hi I've done the course.i found it helpful talking to other people who had been through different journeys. The facilitators if that's correct word we're very good and it was a small group  of 7 .I especially enjoyed the sessions on mindfulness and imagery .
