Hi, today had 2nd Zoledronic Acid infusion but wasn't given 4 weeks of calcium tablets as I was for 1st ZA session. Can someone tell me if this is usually the case? Thanks.
I have my zoledronic infusion once every 6 months and I'm given 6 months of calcium tablets to take in between infusions.

I've had 2 infusions so far and the nurse sends an electronic request to the hospital pharmacy while I'm having it done. It's then ready for me to collect by the time I'm ready to leave the hospital. They give me 6 months at a time so I leave the hospital with an impressively large bag!

It was the same when having chemo past 12 months. Big bagful of drugs, injections etc. Taking drugs & injections at different times of the day & depending which day, memory wasn't coping so created a chart & ticked off as I took them. phew! 
Now it's only calcium tabs to remember, which the nurse & myself forgot about. Hopefully sorted tomorrow. x
