Just wanted to share that I’ve made it to the end of my chemo journey - 4 rounds of EC and 4 rounds of Paclitaxel! Now to see oncology about endocrine drugs for next 7 years, surgery for clearer margin and then radiotherapy!
Hi MuckyPawsHoniton Well done, what a relief. I'm still chasing your tail and a few weeks behind you but I'm on the way!
it’s such a relief ending chemo, enjoy the feeling of it ending tomorrow. X
Like you I was 4 x ec then 4 x pac.
I had my first paclitaxel ok then reacted to the 2nd - so I have 3 left and am frustrated that it should only be 2!
I had to go in next day to have it over 6 hours! Which meant the other two would have to be 6 hours too!! Very upsetting and frustrating!
I broke it down into 2 sections. Making through EC then onto Paclitaxel, 4, 3, 2, 1. Bloody hard though! But you can do it.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
